Our History

Central Industrial Contractors, Inc was established in 2005 by John and Holli Pearce. John started in the construction industry as a laborer and worked his way up through the ranks within the industry with education and hard work. The company was started with one truck, a welding machine and a failure is not an option attitude. CIC is a family oriented company. It is not out of the ordinary to hear one of their 3 daughters answering the office phone. CIC has established a reputation of excellence and team work which still continues to this day. Through hard work and sacrifice John and Holli have built a company that strives on honesty and customer satisfaction.
